Once your decision is made, we will support your administrative setup preference, be that on-line or on paper. Next, we will coordinate with you to implement your preferred communication strategy that will be "employee friendly" (face to face meetings, telephone conference sessions, e-mail distribution or any of those combinations). Finally, we will provide educational seminars for your employees and answer any benefit-related questions they may have during implementation and throughout the year.
